索张拉控制是预应力空间钢结构施工过程中的核心问题。该文首先讨论了基于控制索原长的倒装张拉控制基本原理,指出现有张拉控制理论存在不考虑实际施工过程中温度变化等不可预知因素影响的缺陷,分析了温度效应对索、杆、梁单元的影响,提出了考虑温差影响的索张拉控制修正过程。最后以某预应力柱面网壳索张拉控制为研究对象,研究温度变化对索张拉控制的影响。结果表明该结构的索张拉控制力修正值在±18度温差范围内大致呈线性变化,按该文方法修正索张力后张拉施工仍能达到设计目标。
Cable tension control is the core issue in the construction of prestressed steel structures. In this paper, the basic principle of flip-flop control based on the control cable length is discussed. The existing tension control theory has the defects of unpredictable factors such as temperature change in the actual construction process. The paper analyzes the effect of temperature on cable, Rod and beam elements, the cable tension control and correction process considering the effect of temperature difference is proposed. Finally, the tension control of a prestressed cylindrical shell cable was taken as the research object to study the influence of the temperature variation on the cable tension control. The results show that the correction value of cable tension control of this structure changes roughly linearly within the temperature range of ± 18 ° C. According to this method, the tension can still reach the design goal after the cable tension is corrected.
