It is hard to imagine that professor He Mingyou who has engineering and just come back from the Geochemical Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences after two years of postdoctor research, was a soldier of the PLA railway engineering corps with only a junior school educational background. However, with four-year experience of serving in the Army, and on indomitable will, He Mingyou overcame many difficulties and entered the university, then he went on with graduate,doctor and post-doctor studies. And now he is the professor of Chengdu College of Science and Engineering
