2009年是全面贯彻落实党的十七大和十七届三中全会精神的一年,是全党继续深入学习实践科学发展观的一年。为做好2009年的工作,本刊特邀本市各区县档案局长笔谈总体工作设想,以期交流、推广各区县档案局馆的新思路,推动上海档案事业的科学发展。因受篇幅限制,本刊对来稿件作了删节。
2009 is a year in which the party's Seventeenth National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee are fully implemented. It is also a year for the entire party to continue studying and practicing the scientific concept of development in depth. In order to do a good job in 2009, this magazine invited the archives and directors of all districts and counties in the city to talk about the overall work plan, with a view to exchanging and promoting the new ideas of the Archives Bureau of all districts and counties and promoting the scientific development of Shanghai's archives.
