洋葱营养丰富,品质柔嫩,富有香气,素炒或和肉类、鸡蛋煎炒,均受人欢迎。洋葱在五、六十年前才传入中国。我省最早在晋南解州种植,迄今约有二十五年栽培历史。目前仍然以该地种植最多,当地除自己食用外,还供应运城、临汾、富家滩、大同、太原等城市和矿区,成为我省唯一的洋葱生产基地。洋葱引入我省虽然已有二十多年,但是由于缺乏宣传提倡所以发展速度很慢。为了栽培这种蔬菜,我省农业科学院于1962年和1963年都做了试验,并且证明 Onions rich nutrition, soft quality, rich aromas, stir fried or with meat, fried eggs, are welcome. Onions came to China five or six decades ago. The province was first planted in Jinnan Prefecture, so far about 25 years of cultivation history. At present, it is still the most planted in the area. In addition to its own consumption, the city also supplies cities and mining areas such as Yuncheng, Linfen, Fujiatan, Datong and Taiyuan and becomes the only onion production base in our province. Although the introduction of onions in our province has been more than twenty years, its development has been slow due to lack of publicity. In order to cultivate this kind of vegetables, our province Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1962 and 1963 have done a test, and prove
