目的:探讨以阑尾炎为首发表现的结肠癌的漏诊并总结诊治经验。方法:收治以阑尾炎为首发症状的结肠癌患者3例,并进行分析。结果:所有病例经术中仔细探查和术后追踪确诊为结肠癌。结论:对以右下腹疼痛为特征的疑是为阑尾炎的老年患者要进行全面的分析和动态观察,是减少误诊的关键。
Objective: To investigate the misdiagnosis and diagnosis and treatment of colon cancer with appendicitis as the first manifestation. Methods: 3 cases of colon cancer with appendicitis as the first symptom were treated and analyzed. Results: All cases were diagnosed as colon cancer after careful exploration and follow-up. CONCLUSIONS: A thorough analysis and dynamic observation of elderly patients with suspected right lower quadrant pain characterized by appendicitis is the key to reducing misdiagnosis.
