国内许多学者应用不同浓度的桑叶注射液和桑叶注射液结合绑扎的方法治疗肢体象皮肿均取得了较好疗效。为了进一步探索简便、有效和便于农村推广的新方法,我们于1988年～1989年,在原丝虫病高度流行的郯城县应用25%桑叶煎剂口服用于治疗肢体象皮肿,取得了较为满意的疗效,初步报告如下:
