目的探讨锌对高脂饮食大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常饲料组和高脂饲料组,喂养17周,检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c),建立高脂血症模型。再将正常饲料组(正常大鼠)和高脂饲料组(高脂血症大鼠)分别随机分为5组:分别按锌剂量0、5、10、15、30 mg/kg·bw灌胃7周。检测血清TC、TG、HDL-c、游离脂肪酸(FFA)。结果喂养17周后,高脂饲料组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-c水平均高于正常饲料组,血清HDL-c水平低于正常饲料组,高脂血症造模成功。锌干预7周后,高脂血症大鼠10、15mg剂量组灌胃后血清TC、LDL-c水平明显低于其他各剂量组;30 mg剂量组灌胃后正常大鼠和高脂血症大鼠血清TG水平均高于灌胃前、血清HDL-c水平明显低于其他各剂量组。结论锌对高脂饲料喂养的大鼠脂代谢异常有一定的改善作用,10、15 mg/kg·bw的干预剂量可以缓解高脂血症大鼠血清TC、LDL-c的升高及HDL-c的降低,但30 mg/kg·bw剂量可使血清TG水平升高及HDL-c水平降低。
Objective To investigate the effect of zinc on lipid metabolism in rats fed high-fat diet. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal diet group and high fat diet group for 17 weeks. Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c) Disease model. Then the normal diet group (normal rat) and the high-fat diet group (hyperlipidemia rats) were randomly divided into 5 groups: respectively by zinc dose 0,5,10,15,30 mg / kg bw orally 7 weeks. Serum TC, TG, HDL-c, free fatty acid (FFA) were detected. Results Serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-c in high-fat diet group were significantly higher than those in normal diet group after 17 weeks of feeding, while serum HDL-c levels were lower than those in normal diet group. Hyperlipidemia was successfully established. After 7 weeks of zinc intervention, the levels of serum TC and LDL-c in serum of 10 and 15 mg groups of hyperlipidemic rats after oral administration were significantly lower than those of other dosage groups; in normal rats and hyperlipidemia Serum TG levels in rats were higher than before gavage, serum HDL-c levels were significantly lower than the other dose groups. Conclusion Zinc can improve the abnormal lipid metabolism of rats fed with high fat diet. Interventional doses of 10 and 15 mg / kg · bw can relieve the increase of serum TC, LDL-c and the increase of HDL- c, but the dose of 30 mg / kg · bw could increase the level of serum TG and decrease the level of HDL-c.
