第250号《重庆市人工影响天气管理办法》已经2011年2月14日市人民政府第94次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2011年5月1日起施行。市长黄奇帆二○一一年三月二日第一条为了加强人工影响天气工作的管理,防御和减轻气象灾害,保障社会公共安全和人民群众生命财产安全,根据《中华人民共和国气象法》、《人工影响天气管理条例》、《重庆市气象条例》等法律法规,制定本办法。
