在切制螺纹后,内、外螺纹牙尖上均有变形存在。由于被加工材料的可塑性和弹性变形,使螺纹牙尖产生一增量,其增量大小随螺距和被加工材料的不同而异,尤其是高韧性材料更为突出。为了求得适应新螺纹公差等级要求的工艺底孔及光杆直径,我们作了一些分析探讨,并取得了有关数据,经实践证明是可行的,现介绍如下,供读者在贯彻新螺纹标准时参考。
After the thread is cut, the deformation of the inner and outer cusp tips is present. Due to plasticity and elastic deformation of the material to be processed, an increment is generated in the thread crest. The increment of the thread crest varies with the pitch and the material to be processed, and especially the material with high toughness is more prominent. In order to obtain the requirements of the new thread tolerance process bottom hole and polished rod diameter, we made some analysis and discussion, and to obtain the data, proven to be feasible, are presented below, for readers to implement the new thread standard reference.
