试验装置对土壤切削试验研究至关重要,但目前研究采用的相关试验装置具有自重较大、结构复杂、移动不便等缺点。为了方便开展重复试验并提高试验结果对比的准确性,对切削试验装置进行了优化,设计了一种以拉拽牵引方式作业的土壤切削试验装置;采用该试验装置进行了土壤切削试验,试验以平面铲板为切削工具,以级配土为切削介质,对5种不同切削倾角的铲板和4种切削深度进行了组合,共测试了20种不同切削条件下平面铲板的切削阻力;对试验结果进行了对比分析,得到了切削阻力在不同切削倾角下随切削深度以及不同切削深度下随切削倾角的变化规律。最后,对土壤切削的稳定性进行了讨论。

Five kinds of shovels with different cutting angles and four kinds of cutting depths are combined to test the cutting resistance of the plane shovels under 20 different cutting conditions. The results of the experiments are compared and analyzed, and the variation of cutting resistance with the cutting angle under different cutting angles and cutting depths and different cutting depths is obtained. Finally, the stability of soil cutting is discussed.
