除尘器串联设计时第二台除尘器效率的计算,目前在工程设计中仍沿用样本上给出的单台运行效率,这是错误的。因为经第一级除尘后,第二级除尘器进口处粉尘粒径分布已发生了变化,除尘效率也发生了变化。本文拟解决各级串联除尘器实际效率的计算问题,以求出系统实际的总除尘效率及排放浓度。两级除尘器串联见图1:
When the dust collector is designed in series, the efficiency of the second dust collector is calculated. At present, in the engineering design, the single station operating efficiency given in the sample is still used. This is wrong. Because the dust particle size distribution at the inlet of the second stage dust collector has changed after the first stage of dust removal, the dust removal efficiency has also changed. This paper intends to solve the problem of calculating the actual efficiency of the series precipitator in order to obtain the actual total dust removal efficiency and emission concentration of the system. Two-stage dust collector series shown in Figure 1:
