目的:对超临界二氧化碳萃取法及水蒸气蒸馏法提取的凉粉草挥发油化学成分进行比较研究。方法:采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法及水蒸气蒸馏法提取凉粉草挥发油,用GC-MS法对挥发油进行化学成分的分析鉴定,用面积归一化法获得各化合物的相对百分含量。结果:从超临界CO2萃取法提取的挥发油鉴定出40个成分,从水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油鉴定出34个成分,两者共有成分21个。结论:两种方法提取的挥发油主要成分相近,但含量有较大差异。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the chemical constituents of volatile oil extracted from superba carbon dioxide and steam distillation by supercritical carbon dioxide. Methods: The essential oil of Grifola frondosa was extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and steam distillation. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were identified by GC-MS. The relative percentage of each compound was determined by area normalization. Results: Forty components were identified from the volatile oil extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction, and 34 components were identified from the volatile oil extracted by steam distillation. The total content of the two components was 21. Conclusion: The main components of volatile oil extracted by the two methods are similar, but the content is quite different.
