自从Borley 和Snyder 首先报告使用同种巩膜瓣增强后部巩膜组织以保存病理性近视患者视力以来,在不少国家亦有报告,然这种手术方法在临床上仍未得到普遍使用,在我国亦未见有类似性手术的报导,近两年来作者使用阔筋膜取代同种巩膜,手术操作上作了一些改进,在部分病理性近视患者中开展了后巩膜增强术,并进行了4～12个月术后跟踪观察,特介绍于后,供同道参考。
