为了寻求内源细胞分裂素与荔枝花芽分化的关系,本文研究了荔枝花芽中的细胞分裂素的提取、分离和生物鉴定的方法,并测定了糯米糍荔枝不同时期花芽的内源细胞分裂素水平。 通过薄板层析和生物鉴定证明,荔枝花芽提取液中存在细胞分裂素类物质。采用生物鉴定并通过与不同浓度的标准激动素溶液的生理活性相比较,测出了不同时期荔枝花芽中的内源细胞分裂素水平,从而知道糯米糍荔枝花芽分化过程细胞分裂素的变化动态。从十一月到次年一月,荔枝花芽中的细胞分裂素含量逐渐增加,一月下旬达到高峰。二月下旬以后,花芽中的细胞分裂素含量很低。由于一月份是荔枝花芽分化的一个关键时刻,这时花芽中的细胞分裂素不断增加,初步认为内源细胞分裂素会在荔枝成花的生理过程中起调节作用。细胞分裂素对荔枝的花芽分化会有促进作用。
In order to seek the relationship between endogenous cytokinin and litchi flower bud differentiation, the method of extracting, isolating and identifying cytokinin in litchi flower bud was studied in this paper. The endogenous levels of cytokinin . It was proved by TLC and bioassay that there are cytokinins in litchi flower bud extract. Bioassay and compared with different concentrations of standard kinetin solution compared to determine the litchi flower buds at different stages of endogenous cytokinin levels, and thus know the waxy apple litchi flower bud differentiation process of cytokinin dynamics. From November to January of the following year, the content of cytokinin in litchi flower buds gradually increased and reached a peak in late January. After late February, the cytokinin content in flower buds is low. Since January is a key moment in the flower bud differentiation of litchi, the number of cytokinin in flower buds is constantly increasing. It is initially believed that the endogenous cytokinin plays a regulatory role in the physiological process of litchi flower. Cytokinin lychee flower bud differentiation will have a catalytic effect.
