利用已确定的板面内的真实应力、应变分布,根据对锥形件成形过程中各接触区域的受力分析,首次确定并 分析了各接触区域的接触应力分布形式及特点,同时根据对凸模、压边圈分别隔离后的受力分析,对得到的结果进 行了验证。对进一步建立精确的数学、力学模型,揭示锥形件冲压成形机理,进而实现成形过程的智能化控制具有 重要的意义。
According to the stress distribution and strain distribution in the plate surface, the contact stress distribution patterns and characteristics of each contact area were determined and analyzed for the first time according to the force analysis of each contact area during the forming process of the conical parts. Meanwhile, Die, blank holder were isolated after the force analysis, the results obtained were verified. It is of great significance to further establish accurate mathematics and mechanics model, to reveal the forming mechanism of the conical parts and to realize the intelligent control of the forming process.
