为了预防森林火灾的发生,必须准确及时地预测预报森林火险。目前已有的多因子相关概率预测预报法及多因子综合指标森林火险预报法,都能够预测预报森林火险。但是,由于设备结构复杂,造价较高,环境条件要求严格,不能及时报警等原因,不易在基层推广使用。本森林火险自动报警系统,结构简单造价低廉,可以预测预报火险,及时报告火情,具有声、光显示,并可指示出火险火情的时间和地点。该机可以长时间连续工作,为预防及扑救工作,创造了有利的条件。一、森林火险预测预报的理论依据森林火险与气象条件有着密切关系。现以大兴安岭地区为例,分析森林火险与气象因子的关系;
