以CB—46型齿轮泵为例谈谈液压油泵正确拆装的步骤。 1.拆卸前,首先清除油泵及接头的污垢及油泥,用干净的木塞封好油泵进出口,严禁用脏棉纱等不清洁东西堵塞油口。 2.油泵、泵盖等为铝合金制造,齿轮、轴承为精加工件,碰伤和划擦都会使油泵密封性能下降,因而不能用硬物敲击。取油封应用专用工具,不得拉伤密封环槽,密封件不得用汽油清洗,以防变形变质。
