应用血源乙肝疫苗和基因工程乙肝疫苗,对婴幼儿和小学生按0、1、6免疫程序进行联合免疫的效果观察。结果第1、2针用血源苗,第3外用基因苗免疫的阳转率(82.9%)明显低于3针均用血源苗的阳转率;第1、2针用血源苗,第3针用基因苗与3针均用基因苗免疫的阳转率均达100%;用血源苗基础免疫,5年后用基因苗加强免疫的阳转率(98.2%)与用血源苗加强免疫的阳转率(100%)差异无显著意义,但加强免疫后的GMT值,基因苗(515.2)明显高于血源苗(31.6)。表明基因苗同样具有良好的免疫效果。
