磁脉冲焊接具有有效克服铝合金等材料成形性能差、焊接困难的特点,能精确、高效控制成形过程。以铝管与钢管为连接对象,建立了瞬态电磁场分析模型,分析了磁场相关参数;通过顺序耦合的方式,将电磁力加载至变形场,并结合能量曲线分析了作用过程的结果参数。通过对磁脉冲连接的数值模拟分析,可为磁脉冲连接工艺进一步研究提供借鉴。
Magnetic pulse welding is effective in overcoming the poor formability of aluminum alloy and other materials, welding difficult, accurate and efficient control of the forming process. Taking the aluminum pipe and the steel pipe as the connecting objects, the transient electromagnetic field analysis model was established and the related parameters of the magnetic field were analyzed. The electromagnetic force was loaded into the deformation field by the sequential coupling method. The result parameters of the action process were analyzed according to the energy curve. Through the numerical simulation of the magnetic pulse connection, it can provide reference for the further study of the magnetic pulse connection technology.
