对中国1598份野生大豆和1595份栽培大豆的脂肪含量进行了比较分析,发现野生大豆的脂肪含量为9.94%,明显低于栽培大豆的(19.05%)。对来自中国不同纬度的174份不同进化类型大豆进行了脂肪酸组成分析,发现随着大豆进化程度的提高,亚麻酸、棕榈酸含量逐渐降低,油酸含量逐渐增加。探索了日照长度,昼夜温度对大豆脂肪酸形成与积累的影响。发现了一批特异基因型。
The fat content of 1598 wild soybean and 1595 cultivated soybean in China was compared and analyzed. The fat content of wild soybean was 9.94%, which was significantly lower than that of cultivated soybean (19.05%). The fatty acid composition analysis of 174 different evolutionary types of soybean from different latitudes in China showed that the content of linolenic acid and palmitic acid gradually decreased and the content of oleic acid increased gradually as the degree of soybean evolution increased. The effects of daylength and day and night temperature on the formation and accumulation of soybean fatty acids were explored. Found a number of specific genotypes.
