目的分析临床血液生化检验标本分析过程中影响检验结果准确性的因素。方法 80例临床血液生化检验标本进行回顾性分析,总结影响检验结果准确性的因素。结果根据研究结果 ,影响临床血液生化检验结果准确性的因素主要为血液生化检验标本的采集方法、抗凝剂与血量的比例、血液生化检验标本的保存条件等。结论影响临床血液生化检验标本检验准确性的因素比较多,临床中应积极采取应对措施,降低不良因素的影响。
Objective To analyze the factors influencing the accuracy of test results in the process of clinical blood biochemical test specimen analysis. Methods 80 cases of clinical blood biochemical samples were retrospectively analyzed, the factors affecting the accuracy of test results were summarized. Results According to the results of the study, the main factors influencing the accuracy of clinical blood biochemical test results were the collection method of blood biochemical test specimens, the ratio of anticoagulant to blood volume and the preservation conditions of blood biochemical test specimens. Conclusion There are many factors affecting the accuracy of clinical blood biochemical tests, and the clinical practice should take active measures to reduce the impact of adverse factors.
