最近，笔者对档案开放工作进行了一番反思，觉得，在认识上，要进一步提高；对存在的问题的分析，要有一个较深的层面；对档案开放的基础工作，要更加夯实。只有如此，档案开放工作才能走上一个新的台阶。一档案开放，是国家开放政策的表现形式，中华人民共和国的档案开放工作?
Recently, I conducted some introspection on the work of file archives opening, thinking that it is necessary to further improve in my understanding; to analyze the existing problems should have a deeper level; and to make the foundation work for the opening up of archives more solid. Only in this way can the file-opening work take a new step. The opening of a file is a manifestation of the state’s opening-up policy and the opening of the archives of the People’s Republic of China.
