传统的高压引风机通过入口档板调节流量,由于挡板节流产生压力损失、增加管网的损耗,耗用大量的能源,而且这种恒速的运行模式,不能适应复杂工况下工艺的实际需求,造成大马拉小车,空转等严重能量浪费,亟需对其进行节能改造。通过采用ZINVERT变频器进行变频调速技术改造,改造后节能64%,单机年节省费用44.6万元,有着良好的经济效益和社会效益。
