五年制高职教育是在新的形势下出现的新的教学体系。在学分制体系的实施下,也为试读生的改变提供了转机。由于弹性学分制的特点,在某些情况下,只要家长和学校达成一致,可以让学生办理随班试读手续,这样即保护了学生的心理又缓解了学生的家庭负担,然而这样对试读生的管理也带来了严峻的考验。本人通过试读生形成原因、表现特点和具体采用的每月行为反馈实施了过程管理,收到了一定的成效。
Five-year vocational education is a new teaching system that emerges under the new situation.
