以概率论和数理统计理论为基础,通过有限元法和蒙特卡罗法相结合,对高压球形储罐球壳强度可靠度进行分析研究。以直径18000mm球形储罐球壳结构为例建立模型,应用蒙特卡罗法对球型储罐结构中的载荷应力、材料屈服强度和建造参数进行抽样分析,对球壳结构的灵敏度、可靠性进行计算分析,为球型储罐日常安全生产管理运行提供可靠的理论依据。
Based on the theory of probability and mathematical statistics, the strength reliability of the spherical shell of high pressure spherical tank is analyzed through the combination of finite element method and Monte Carlo method. The model of spherical tank spherical shell with diameter of 18000mm was taken as an example to establish the model. The Monte Carlo method was used to carry out the sampling analysis on the load stress, material yield strength and construction parameters of the spherical tank structure. The sensitivity and reliability of the spherical shell structure Calculation and analysis, providing a reliable theoretical basis for the daily production safety management of spherical tanks.
