科学性与人文性的缺失是当今中国文学理论建设中亟待解决的两大问题。前者表现为忽视基础理论与概念建构,导致“个人化”“泡沫化”“碎片化”的倾向盛行。后者则表现为理论建设缺乏现实精神与人文关怀,丧失了理论应有的现实指向性与实践品格。这就要求我们,从澄清“科学”概念入手,建立起系统性的知识体系,并以实践为其检验标准与最终旨归;同时,文学理论研究应以现实为依据,树立价值意识,以怀疑批判精神介入理论活动,保证文学理论的生命力。
The lack of science and humanity are two problems to be solved urgently in the construction of Chinese literary theory. The former shows the neglect of the basic theory and concept construction, leading to the tendency of “personalization ” “bubble ” “fragmentation ”. The latter is manifested in the lack of realistic spirit and humanistic care in theoretical construction, and loss of the theoretical orientation and practical character of the theory. This requires that we start with the clarification of the concept of “science” and establish a systematic knowledge system, with practice as its test standard and ultimate purpose. At the same time, the study of literary theory should be based on reality and establish a sense of value, With doubtful criticism involved in theoretical activities, to ensure the vitality of literary theory.
