由于镇泾油田地层承压能力低,岩石可钻性较低,孔隙裂缝发育,钻井液浸泡超过一定时间,极易引起井漏或井壁垮塌掉块等井下复杂事故,影响钻井周期。本文针对镇泾油田地层特性,对近两年的已完井资料中的PDC钻头的型号、机械钻速、单只钻头进尺和钻遇地层特性进行统计,对已使用PDC钻头进行优选分析。利用主成分法对优选PDC钻头结果进行评价,并通过现场使用验证优选结果,最终优选出S5665型号钻头。
Due to the low bearing capacity, low rock drillability, the development of pore cracks and the immersion of drilling fluid over a certain period of time, Zhenjing Oilfield can easily cause complicated downhole accidents such as lost circulation or collapse of wellbore wall and affect the drilling cycle. In this paper, according to the stratigraphic characteristics of Zhenjing Oilfield, the statistics of PDC bit type, ROP, single bit footage and drilling strata characteristics in the completed data of the past two years are analyzed, and the preferred PDC bit has been analyzed. The principal component method was used to evaluate the results of the preferred PDC bits and the preferred results were validated by field use. Finally, the S5665 drill bit was optimized.
