本文认为,陈其人的批评意见混同了劳动价值论和剩余价值论;人力资本的持有者是天然的个人,而不是如陈所说,只属于资本家。企业家的具体管理都创造财富和价值,企业家的人力资本在整个价值创造中占有越来越大的比重;财富增加和价值增加并不矛盾;理论的逻辑是按劳分配,但现实中还有按照生产要素的贡献进行分配;私营企业按合同进行分配的背后是签约当事人各自的约束条件。
This paper argues that Chen’s criticism is mixed with labor theory of value and surplus value theory. The holders of human capital are natural individuals, not just capitalists, as Chen put it. The concrete management of entrepreneurs all creates wealth and value, and the human capital of entrepreneurs occupies an increasing proportion in the entire value creation. The increase of wealth and the increase of value are not contradictory. The logic of theory is to distribute according to work, but in reality There are distribution according to the contribution of factors of production; behind the distribution of private enterprises according to the contract is the respective constraints of the parties to the contract.
