改革开放以来,我国经济法学学术研究在不断深入,取得了很多不错的理论成果。但是在经济法学学术研究过程中,也出现了诸如理论和实际情况不同步、基础研究和理论研究关系不清等问题。对此,本文探讨了经济法学学术研究与经济法治实践的基础关系、经济法和部门法的关系、基础研究与应用研究的关系、经济法学研究的传承与创新关系,并针对性的提出了自己的建议。
Since the reform and opening up, academic research on economic law in our country has been continuously deepening and many good theoretical achievements have been made. However, in the process of academic study of economic law, problems such as unsynchronized theory and actual situation, unclear relationship between basic research and theoretical research have emerged. In this regard, this article explores the basic relations between the academic research of economic jurisprudence and the practice of economic law, the relationship between economic law and sectoral law, the relationship between basic research and applied research, the inheritance and innovation of economic law research, and puts forward its own Suggestions.
