目的 观察γ -干扰素 (IFN -γ)对儿童呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)诱发的支气管哮喘治疗作用及对免疫状态的影响。方法 RSV感染儿童哮喘 6 8例 ,随机分为雾化吸入IFN -γ治疗组 35例 ,对照组 33例 ,观察治疗前后的临床疗效和免疫功能的变化。结果 IFN -γ雾化吸入治疗组咳嗽、呼吸困难和肺部哮喘音消失时间均较对照组明显缩短 (P值均 <0 0 1)。治疗组自身前后对照IgE降低 (t =5 12 ,P <0 0 1) ,IL - 4减少 (t =7 9,P <0 0 1) ,IFN -γ上升 (t =9 4,P <0 0 1)。IgG、IgA、IgM变化无统计学意义。 结论 IFN -γ雾化吸入治疗RSV感染儿童哮喘有较好临床疗效。具有调节哮喘免疫状态的作用
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of interferon - gamma (IFN - γ) on bronchial asthma induced by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in children and its effect on immune status. Methods Sixty-eight children with asthma were randomly divided into 35 cases of inhaled IFN-γ group and 33 cases of control group. The changes of clinical efficacy and immune function were observed before and after treatment. Results The cough, dyspnea and disappearance of lung asthma in IFN-γ inhalation therapy group were significantly shorter than those in control group (all P <0.01). The level of IL-4 decreased (t = 79, P <0.01) and IFN-γ increased (t = 94, P <0 0 1). IgG, IgA, IgM change was not statistically significant. Conclusion IFN-γ inhalation therapy RSV infection in children with asthma has a good clinical efficacy. Has the role of regulating the immune status of asthma
