价值创造体系要素(李郁怡,2015)已俨然成为近年来文化创意产业最为强劲的核心理念。随着全球新经济形态的转变,以创新为主的知识经济时代已然来临,而结合地方特色与创意内涵的文化创意产业俨然成为21世纪全球最具前景的新兴产业,也是目前许多发达国家在科技产业之外,致力扶植与发展的另一项重点产业。而台湾文化创意产业中,又以工艺产业的发展历史最为悠久,深具传统文化价值,并能够凸显地方乡土特色。有鉴于此,本研究将以工艺产业为主要的研究主题,并通过文献回顾的方式汇整出文化创意产业之工艺产业的价值创造体系要素,其中包含三大主要构面以及十三个次要构面,并经由相关领域的产、学等各界人士针对所整理出的因素加以评比,接着以阶层分析模式算出各个因素之权重与优先级。根据研究结果显示,在整体阶层中权重排序最重要的三项要素分别为地方工艺文化特色、工艺群聚效应建构、相关异业结盟整合。透过本研究结果提出管理意涵与建议,可提供各国及地区产业或相关组织在文化创意产业之工艺产业的政策发展或创新管理上之参考。
The elements of the value creation system (Li Yuyi, 2015) have become the core strengths of the most innovative cultural and creative industries in recent years. With the transformation of the new global economy, the era of knowledge-based economy based on innovation has come. However, the cultural and creative industries that combine local characteristics and creative connotation have become the most promising emerging industries in the world in the 21st century. At present, many developed countries are now in the technology Outside the industry, committed to supporting and developing another key industries. In the cultural and creative industries in Taiwan, the development of the craft industry has the longest history, profound cultural values, and can highlight the local characteristics of the area. In view of this, this research will focus on the process industry as the main research topic and summarize the elements of the value creation system of the process industry in the cultural and creative industries through literature review, including three major facets and thirteen minor Surface, and through the relevant fields of production, learning and other people from all walks of life to sort out the factors to be compared, and then calculated by hierarchical analysis of the various factors of weight and priority. According to the results of the study, the three most important elements of weight ranking in the overall hierarchy are the characteristics of local arts and crafts, the clustering effect of arts and crafts and the alliance integration of different industries. Through the results of this study, the management implications and suggestions are proposed to provide reference for the policy development or innovation management of the industry in the cultural and creative industries in various industries and related organizations in the cultural and creative industries.
