一、问题的提出几年来,我厂生产的SS_4型电力机车主变压器散热器漏油现象较突出,运用部门反应很强烈,已经引起了铁道部有关部门及工厂的关注。我厂对已经配属宝鸡电力机务段的SS_4型1~48号车进行了较全面的调查、分析。发现散热器漏油原因相当复杂,1~24号车除4号、5号、23号车以外,其余均有不同程度的漏油现象,严重地影响了机车的运行。本文针对此问题向读者简述主变压器散热器的基本原理、结构,分析常见的漏油现象,并介绍近来我们采取的一些改进措施。二、散热器的基本原理
