目的:探讨端粒酶活性在声门上型喉癌中的表达及其意义。方法:采用端粒重复序列扩增法检测了 H E P2 喉癌细胞系,26 例声门上型喉癌组织和15 例癌旁组织。结果: H E P2 喉癌细胞系呈端粒酶阳性;癌组织的端粒酶阳性率为84.6% ,明显高于癌旁组织的阳性率40% ( P < 0.01)。喉癌组织端粒酶活性的表达与临床分期和有无颈淋巴结转移未表现出相关性( P > 0.05)。结论:端粒酶活化是喉癌发生的重要遗传学改变,但用此法检测端粒酶活性对判断声门上型喉癌的恶性程度意义不大
Objective: To investigate the expression of telomerase activity in supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma and its significance. Methods: H E P2 laryngeal carcinoma cell line, 26 cases of supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma and 15 cases of paracancerous tissues were detected by telomeric repeat amplification. Results: The telomerase activity was positive in HEP-2 laryngeal carcinoma cell line. The positive rate of telomerase in cancer tissues was 84.6%, which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.01). The expression of telomerase activity in laryngeal carcinoma tissues had no correlation with clinical stage and with or without cervical lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Telomerase activation is an important genetic change in the occurrence of laryngeal carcinoma. However, the detection of telomerase activity by this method is of little significance in judging the malignancy of supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma
