探究学习在职业高中《烹饪营养与卫生》教学中的实践,运用科学的教学模式,丰富学生对烹饪知识的了解。课堂中恰当的使用多媒体课件,正确的引导学生成为教学的主体,全面调动学生的积极能动性,创造良好的学习氛围,可以激发学生的求知欲和学习的持久兴趣,使教学工作的开展贴近生活实际,更具有趣味性和多样性,使学生思维得到锻炼和开发,取得优异成绩的同时也实现有效的课堂教学。
Explore the practice of learning in the teaching of “Cooking Nutrition and Sanitation” in Vocational High School and use the scientific teaching mode to enrich students’ understanding of cooking knowledge.
