近年来,随着社会的发展与进步,人们的思想观念发生了极大转变,这点在施工建筑企业内表现尤为明显。在新思潮的影响,以及市场经济效益优先原则和利益多元优级趋势的冲击下,广大职工的思想观念和价值取向发生了非常明显的变化,大家不再固守于以往单一的生活方式,而是主动选择更有利于自身发展和生活相对稳定、安逸的工作,跳槽、人员流转现象越来越严重,这对企业稳定与发展非常不利。因此,如何做好新时期下施工企业职工的思想工作,维护企业的繁荣与稳定,成为了企业思想政治工作人员重点研究的课题。
