目的:分析小儿脓毒症与凝血功能障碍的相关性。方法:回顾我院2009年10月-2012年2月间收治的73例脓毒症患者资料,根据病情严重程度分为脓毒症组43例和严重脓毒症组30例,比较所有患者急性期与恢复期、脓毒症组及严重脓毒症组活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、抗凝血酶-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)、D-二聚体(D-D)数量及血小板(PLT)计数变化情况。结果:小儿脓毒症患者急性期APTT、D-D明显高于恢复期,比较差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.01),AT-Ⅲ及PLT也低于恢复期,比较差异明显,(P<0.01);脓毒症组APTT低于严重脓毒症组,两组比较差异明显,(P<0.05),D-D也低于严重脓毒症组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.01),且AT-Ⅲ、PLT高于严重脓毒症组,比较差异显著,(P<0.01)。结论:小儿脓毒症病情严重程度与凝血功能障碍呈正相关。
Objective: To analyze the correlation between pediatric sepsis and coagulopathy. Methods: The data of 73 patients with sepsis treated in our hospital from October 2009 to February 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the severity of the sepsis, 43 patients were divided into sepsis group and 30 patients with severe sepsis group. All patients were compared acutely (APTT), antithrombin-Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ), D-dimer (DD) and platelet count (PLT) in sepsis group and severe sepsis group ) Count changes. Results: The APTT and DD of children with acute sepsis were significantly higher than those of convalescent ones (P <0.01). The AT-Ⅲ and PLT were also lower than those of convalescent ones (P <0.01) ). The APTT in sepsis group was lower than that in severe sepsis group (P <0.05), DD was also lower than that in severe sepsis group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) ), And AT-Ⅲ, PLT higher than severe sepsis group, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The severity of sepsis in children is positively correlated with coagulation dysfunction.
