应用计算机仿真可以预测被加工表面微观几何形貌和表面粗糙度,为切削参数及刀具的合理选择提供依据。以面铣刀为研究对象,通过建立了面铣刀加工数学模型,给出了面铣刀铣削表面微观几何形貌仿真算法,并开发了相应的铣削表面形貌仿真系统。基于该仿真系统,研究了面铣刀铣削参数及刀具几何角度对被加工表面微观几何形貌及粗糙度的影响规律,得出了对一些对实际加工具有指导意义的结论。
Computer simulation can predict the machined surface micro-geometry and surface roughness, and provide the basis for cutting parameters and reasonable choice of cutting tools. Face milling cutter as the research object, through the establishment of a mathematical model of face milling cutter, gives the surface milling cutter surface micro-geometry simulation algorithm, and the development of the corresponding milling surface topography simulation system. Based on the simulation system, the effect of milling parameters and tool geometrical angles on the micro-geometry and roughness of the machined surface was studied. Some conclusions were drawn for some practical machining.
