1 The issue of “research learning” was proposed in the Jiji [2000] 3 document issued by the Ministry of Education on January 31st, 2000 (“Full-time Ordinary Senior High School Curriculum Plan (Experiment Revision)”. ”) was formally proposed. It is based on the lack of subjectivity of past students’ “too much dependence on teachers, excessive dependence on books, and excessive dependence on practice”.
