目的:研究桑科榕属植物瘦柄榕Ficus ischnopoda茎的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、反相硅胶、凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从水石榴茎的95%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别为儿茶素(1),表儿茶素(2),芹菜素(3),licoflavone C(4),6-prenylapigenin(5),槲皮素(6),木犀草素(7),6-甲氧基-7-羟基香豆素(莨菪亭)(8),3-O-trans-p-Coumaroyltormentic Acid(9),N-trans-feruloyltyramine(10),N-trans-3,4-Odimethylcaffeoyl dopamine(11),氧化前胡素水合物(12)。结论:以上化合物均为从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物11为新天然产物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the Ficus ischnopoda stems from the Ficus genus of Sangke. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, reverse phase silica gel and gel column chromatography. The structures of compounds were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from 95% ethanol extract of Pomegranate stem, which were catechin (1), epicatechin (2), apigenin (3), licoflavone C 6-prenylapigenin (5), quercetin (6), luteolin (7), 6-methoxy-7- hydroxycoumarin (8), 3-O-trans-p-Coumaroyltormentic Acid (9), N-trans-feruloyltyramine (10), N-trans-3,4-Odimethylcaffeoyl dopamine (11), preadoxorubicin hydrate (12). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from the plant, in which compound 11 is a new natural product.
