在已知环境条件下,对零件寿命作出准确的计算是有限寿命设计的主要想法。采用的办法是测量零件在道路条件下所承受的随机载荷,在室内进行随机载荷的疲劳试验,从而提出在随机载荷下设计的安全系数。本文在随机疲劳试验的基础上对传动系作了分析。近年来,国外在研究零件随机疲劳问题方面有一定进展,由承载系发展到传动系。文章还对随机疲劳试验的学派,如等幅程序(参阅《国外汽车》1970年第2期94页)和随机程序作了介绍。本文可供设计和试验人员参考。
Under known environmental conditions, accurate calculation of the life of a part is the main idea of a finite life design. The method used is to measure the random load of the part under the road conditions and carry out the fatigue test of the random load in the room so as to propose the safety factor designed under the random load. In this paper, based on the random fatigue test, the transmission system is analyzed. In recent years, foreign countries have made some progress in the study of random fatigue problems of parts, from bearing system to transmission system. The article also introduces the schools of random fatigue tests, such as the contour program (see “Foreign Car”, Vol. 2, 1970, p. 94) and the random procedure. This article is for design and test personnel reference.
