我院自1956年10月至1989年3月共收治再生障碍性贫血(再障)866例。其中60岁以上者28倒,现报告如下。临床资料28例中男19例,女9例(男:女=2.1:1)。年龄60岁～86岁.28例中原发性再障21例,其余7例为继发性的(+氯霉素3例、解热镇痛药2例、异烟肼1例、肝炎后再障1例)。病程最短者2d,最
Our hospital from October 1956 to March 1989 were treated 866 cases of aplastic anemia (aplastic anemia). Of those, those over 60 aged over 28, are as follows. Clinical data of 28 males in 19 cases, 9 females (male: female = 2.1: 1). Age 60 years old to 86 years .28 cases of primary aplastic anemia in 21 cases, the remaining 7 cases of secondary (+3 chloramphenicol, antipyretic and analgesic drugs in 2 cases, isoniazid in 1 case, hepatitis A case of aplastic anemia). The shortest duration of 2d, most
