近几年来,随着我国经济的高速发展,石油需求逐年增加,对外依存度逐年提高,其中2009年53.6%、2010年54.8%、2011年56.7%,如今后几年国内石油开采技术与地域无大的突破,预计到2015年我国石油对外依存度将高达65%;加之中东伊叙局势紧张、美国战略重心东移和菲越等国无理领海要求,我国石油的国际采购地、运输路线日益突显不确定、不安全,维护石油安全日益成为举国上下亟待深思的问题。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development in our country, the oil demand has been increasing year by year, and the degree of foreign dependence has been increasing year by year, 53.6% in 2009, 54.8% in 2010 and 56.7% in 2011. Nowadays, Big breakthrough is expected that by 2015 China’s oil dependence on foreign countries will be as high as 65%; combined with the tensions in Iraq in the Middle East, the United States strategic focus eastward and the Philippines and other countries unreasonable territorial claims, China’s international procurement of oil and shipping routes have become increasingly prominent Uncertainty, insecurity and the maintenance of oil security have increasingly become the issues that urgently China needs to ponder over.
