本试验以中 156和谷梅 2号为亲本建立 F8重组自交系群体 ,应用稻瘟病菌株 92 - 183对群体的叶瘟和穗瘟抗性表现进行了分析。结果表明 ,叶瘟和穗瘟抗性遗传控制机制存在明显差异。应用DNA标记将一个兼抗叶瘟和穗瘟的基因定位于水稻第 6染色体 ,其抗性等位基因来源于谷梅 2号。而且 ,该基因在病区表现出较强的效应。
In this experiment, F8 recombinant inbred lines were established in Zhong 156 and Gumei 2, and the blast resistance and panicle blast resistance of the populations were analyzed by using the rice blast strains 92 - 183. The results showed that the genetic control mechanisms of leaf blast and panicle blast were significantly different. Using DNA markers to locate a gene resistant to both leaf blast and panicle blast in rice chromosome 6, the resistance allele was derived from Gumei 2. Moreover, the gene showed a strong effect in the ward.
