静态混合器是高效的化工单元设备.静态混合器用于液/液萃取体系时,分散相形成的液滴大小比较均匀,这个特点不但有利于用作萃取器时提高萃取效率,而且也有利于萃取后两相的重新分离.作者通过间歇及连续的实验室探索实验,确定了采用静态混合器萃取处理丁辛醇缩合废水的可行性,提出了静态混合器萃取处理丁辛醇缩合废水的操作参数:采用SK型静态混合器,流速0.8 m/s以上,L/D≥7～10,V(油)∶V(水)=1.7∶1～3∶1.为下一步工程放大奠定了基础.
