为确定再障患者骨髓细胞琼脂培养的临床意义及其在判断切脾指征中的作用,作者采用Till和Robinson的方法测定了再障病人胸骨骨髓细胞的集落形成单位(CFU)。40个细胞以上的为一个集落。细胞集落的类型可分为三种:1.密集型,由不同成熟程度的粒细胞组成;2.中心密集,周围有一细胞晕,为巨噬细胞组成;3.呈弥漫分布型,由巨噬单核细胞组成。共观察了23例再障患者(男16例,女7例,年龄16~56岁)4例健康人为对照,其CFU为80~110个/10~5骨髓有核细胞。患者骨髓测定结果可分为三组:1.无CFU;2.CFU很低(<15个/10~5细胞);
To determine the clinical significance of bone marrow cell agar culture in patients with aplastic anemia and its role in determining the indications for splenectomy, we used Till and Robinson methods to determine the colony-forming units (CFU) of sternal bone marrow cells from aplastic anemia patients. More than 40 cells for a colony. The type of cell colonies can be divided into three types: 1. Intensive, by the different levels of maturity of granulocytes; 2. Center-dense, surrounded by a cell halo, composed of macrophages; 3. In diffuse distribution by the macrophage Monocyte composition. A total of 23 cases of aplastic anemia patients (16 males and 7 females, aged 16 to 56 years old) 4 healthy people as controls, the CFU is 80 to 110/10 ~ 5 bone marrow nucleated cells.
