目的:研究我市鼠类沙门氏菌感染状况及特征,为制订防治措施提供科学依据。方法:取不同种类鼠粪10 克按《卫生防疫检验》微生物学部分及《寄生虫检验》进行沙门氏菌培养分离及鉴定,同时采用饱和生理盐水漂浮法及淘洗沉淀法涂片镜检寄生虫卵及幼虫。结果:沙门氏菌检出率为35 .5 % ,全部为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,噬菌体分型均为Ⅰ型。虫卵及幼虫总检出率为69 .8 % ,其中线虫阳性率31 .75 % ,蛔虫卵阳性率10 .1 % ,结肠内阿米巴包囊阳性率9 .5 % ,绦虫卵阳性率2 .6 % ,两种虫卵混合感染者阳性率为12 .2 % 。HBsAg 监测结果全部阴性。
Objective: To study the status and characteristics of Salmonella infection in our city and provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures. Methods: Ten grams of different types of rat droppings were isolated and identified by Salmonella culture according to the “Hygiene and Anti-Epidemic Test” microbiology and “Parasite Test”. Meanwhile, parasite eggs were examined by saturated saline flooding and panning sedimentation And larvae. Results: The detection rate of Salmonella was 35. 5%, all Salmonella typhimurium, phage typing are type Ⅰ. The total detection rate of eggs and larvae is 69. 8%, of which nematode positive rate of 31. 75%, roundworm egg positive rate of 10. 1%, amoebic colon cyst positive rate of 9. 5%, tapeworm eggs positive rate of 2. 6%, the positive rate of two eggs mixed infection was 12. 2%. HB sAg monitoring results were negative.
