脑组织与其它组织相比,具有其特殊性,即被颅骨包裹,颅内外血管又通过许多渠道相互贯通,这都给脑组织血流量的测定带来了一定困难。脑血流量测定包括电磁流量计法,标记微球法,阻抗法,~(133)Xe吸入法及放射自显影方法等。放射微球法,~(133)Xe吸入法和放射自显影法不适用于对脑血流量进行连续、动态观察,而电磁流量计测定动脉流入量则仅限于猴、兔等少数动物。阻抗法具有设备简单、可连续观察的优点,但不能进行定量研究。另外,其结果易受呼吸、肌肉紧张等的影响。
Compared with other tissues, brain tissue has its own particularity, which is wrapped by the skull. The intracranial and extracranial vessels are interpenetrated by many channels, which brings certain difficulties to the determination of blood flow in brain tissue. Cerebral blood flow measurement, including electromagnetic flowmeter method, labeling microsphere method, impedance method, ~ (133) Xe inhalation and autoradiography methods. Radioimmunoassay, ~ (133) Xe inhalation and autoradiography were not suitable for continuous and dynamic observation of cerebral blood flow, while electromagnetic flowmeter was limited to a few animals such as monkey and rabbit. Impedance method has the advantages of simple equipment, continuous observation, but can not be quantitative research. In addition, the result is easily affected by respiration, muscle tension and the like.
