自从1949年Rldiey第一次成功地完成了人工晶体(IOL)眼内植入手术以来,该手术在全世界得到了公认和推广。其中关键的因素是术后视力的恢复明显地优于无晶体眼镜及角膜接触镜的矫治效果。但这并不等于将一个IOL植入眼内均可以获得理想的康复视力,其中还有诸多因素需要我们去探讨,现将我们随访162眼后房型IOL植入术后6个月～1.5年视力恢复的结果分析评价如下。
