目的了解西北地区驻军部队中心医院空气卫生学情况,加强医院感染的预防和控制。方法通过现场采样和检测方法,对部分西北地区驻军中心医院室内空气卫生质量进行监测。结果连续6年共采集医院2 777间不同类别房间室内空气样,平均总合格率为80.9%。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类环境室内空气卫生质量合格率分别为100%、77.4%、80.9%和100%。结论该地区驻军部队中心医院各类环境室内空气卫生质量较好,Ⅱ、Ⅲ类环境空气有待加强管理。
Objective To understand the situation of air hygiene in Central Military Hospital of Northwest China and to strengthen the prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods By means of on-site sampling and testing methods, the air quality of indoor air in some hospitals in Northwest China was monitored. Results A total of 2 777 rooms with different types of room air samples were collected for a total of 6 consecutive years with an average total pass rate of 80.9%. The qualified rate of indoor air hygiene in categories Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ are 100%, 77.4%, 80.9% and 100% respectively. Conclusion The indoor air quality of all kinds of environment in Garrison Army Central Hospital in this area is good, and the type Ⅱ and Ⅲ of ambient air need to be strengthened and managed.
