李慰宜同志,从事幼教工作三十年、有丰富的教学经验、有独创精神、忠诚于幼儿教育事业,现任上海市恩南路幼儿园教师、上海市卢湾区政协委员、上海市美术教育研究会理事等职。李慰宜同志在幼儿美术教育中,注重培养孩子的创造性才能和独立性,确定了没有自信心就没有独立性,没有独立性就没有创造性的教育思想。她的教学经验已在许多地方流传,并被采用;她所教的幼儿的作画,多次在国际、国内获奖。本刊从这期起,分三次登载李慰宜同志的文章——《美的创造——在美术活动中发挥幼儿的创造性》,相信此文对广大读者会有很大启示。 Comrade Li Xingyi, who has been working in preschool education for thirty years, has rich teaching experience, creative spirit and loyalty to early childhood education. He is currently a teacher of Nu’nan Road Kindergarten in Shanghai, a member of CPPCC of Luwan District in Shanghai, and a director of Shanghai Art Education Research Association . In the art education of young children, Comrade Li has focused on cultivating children’s creative talents and independence, and has determined that there is no independence without self-confidence and no creative education without independence.
